When you turn your truck to run, can you hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds and then stop. If the pump doesn't run, it'll still start but die immediately after the residual fuel.

Just in the past couple of days my truck will be running fine then all of a sudden it will try to stall. i just hooked my plow up to it tried to back out of my drive way and it stalled and would not start. while i tied to start it i kept pumping the gas. it tried to start but wouldnt. went inside for a couple of minutes and when i returned it started right up but wants to stall when i give it.
